Observe
We evaluate the dog in context, across environments, pressure, and time.
Oak Creek K9 is built for people who need a clear, honest understanding of the dog in front of them—not a sales pitch.

Adriana Hetzel grew up in the dog-training world and spent two years working in a South Florida shelter, studying behavior and developing dogs across breeds and temperaments. After working within her father’s training company, she founded Oak Creek K9.
Oak Creek K9 combines a selective working-dog program with a separate pet-client side. The working program breeds, retains, develops, evaluates, and places dogs for real operational demands; the pet side helps everyday owners build a better life with their dogs.
Work with Oak Creek K9We evaluate the dog in context, across environments, pressure, and time.
Known strengths, limitations, health information, and suitability are discussed directly.
Department needs, handler experience, environment, and the dog all have to align.
A good placement begins with a clear conversation and realistic expectations.
