Oak Creek K9 breeding program

Breed. Retain. Develop. Place.

We breed working dogs, retain them for meaningful development and evaluation, then offer suitable dogs between 8 and 24 months old.

What we do

Time reveals the whole dog.

Our model is intentionally different from producing litters for immediate puppy sales.

01

Breed

Pairings are selected around health, temperament, nerve, working drives, trainability, and the intended purpose of the litter.

02

Retain & develop

Prospects are retained beyond puppyhood so their temperament, environmental stability, possession, hunt, and overall working ability can be seen clearly.

03

Evaluate & place

Dogs are generally offered between 8 and 24 months old, after enough time and development to represent them honestly to the right buyer.
